How It Works
100% Ketogenic Desserts
We carefully design our recipes to cater to people living the ketogenic lifestyle. Our desserts contain roughly 80% Fat, 15% Protein, and 5% Carbs.
We bake twice a week on Monday and Thursday, for delivery the next day (Tuesday and Friday delivery days, respectively).
When ordering, enter your zip code and select the 9-2pm time slot to check our schedule while checking out for any changes.
Delivery hours are from 9am to 2pm -- we will directly message you when on our way!
Orders are due 48 hours prior to our baking days, on Saturday and Tuessday, by 5:00pm PST.
Orders are delivered twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday, between 9am and 2pm.
Where do you deliver?
Currently we only deliver throughout the city of San Diego. Enter your zip code at checkout to see if your within our delivery radius. If you are in San Diego, but your zip code is not listed, please message us to let us know, we may be able to add you to our delivery area!
When will my order arrive?
Orders are currently delivered twice a week between 9am and 2pm. We offer 2 delivery-day options per week as desserts are prepared fresh the evening before. If you do not see 2 delivery-day options for the week of your order, it may be due to us reaching capacity for that days deliveries. Either contact us, or select the next available delivery day.
Can You deliver to my office?
Yes! As long as your office building is accessible and within our delivery coverage, we can deliver to your office.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Our baked goods will be fine for a short time at your door if you are not home at the time of delivery, but if your order contains a refrigerated item, such as the cheesecake, then it's best if someone is available to receive your delivery.
When are my desserts prepared?
Our desserts are prepared fresh just a day prior to the order being delivered to your home. We do this do insure maximum freshness upon arrival.
How long will my meals stay fresh?
Our deserts generally are fresh, if appropriately stored in an air tight container and refrigerated, they will last 3-5 days after arrival to your home. A sealed container like tupperware works best.
Can I freeze my meals?
Yes! If you don’t plan to get to your treat right away, feel free to freeze your them to ensure prolonged freshness. Frozen in an air tight container, our products will stay fresh up to 4 weeks.
